Rectron is a leading South African ICT products and services distributor. This role sits within their Gauteng Branch, focusing on the high-growth DJI Enterprise division. They are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive the sales of advanced enterprise drone solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cutting-edge technology and possess a unique blend of commercial acumen and technical understanding to develop new markets and support a network of resellers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales channels and expand the reseller network for DJI Enterprise products
• Manage existing channel partners by setting sales targets and co-creating sales and marketing strategies
• Understand and articulate the technical and commercial benefits of industrial drone solutions to clients and partners

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12)
• A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (e,g, Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT)
• 6 years’ experience in a New Business Development role, specifically within sales
